Overview
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise Accounts Receivable (A/R): invoicing, collections, aging reports, and customer account reconciliation.
- Supervise Accounts Payable (A/P): vendor payments, approvals, expense tracking, and reconciliation.
- Perform Bank Reconciliations regularly.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial statements (Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet).
- Analyze and forecast cash flow, advising on what payments can or should be made immediately vs. deferred.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
- Provide management with financial insights to support business decisions.
Profile of the Ideal Candidate
- Minimum 10 years of experience in accounting or finance.
- Strong understanding of bookkeeping principles and financial reporting.
- Excellent command of English (spoken and written).
- Deep experience using QuickBooks Online
- High attention to detail, analytical thinking, and financial judgment.
